Administrative Manager I

The Administrative Manager I supervises and coordinates all administrative services for the Office of Student Achievement (OSA). This position will coordinate primary administrative support for the Executive Director of OSA, manage search processes for employee hiring searches, oversee staff welcome and onboarding/offboarding processes, and plan OSA events.

 

Academic Program Manager I - Pre-Health

OUESS Unit: Academic Success and Advising

The Academic Program Manager I for Pre-Health will contribute to Academic Success and Advising, supporting students and alumni who plan to attend health professional school. This position provides highly specialized one-on-one advising, facilitates group learning, and works with professional schools to provide information to Georgia Tech students and alumni.

 

Director of Undergraduate Cooperative Education (Co-op) and Internship Programs (Academic Professional/ Sr/Principal) - Open Rank

OUESS Unit: Office of Experiential and Engaged Learning & Career Center

The Director of Undergraduate Cooperative Education (Co-op) and Internship Programs provides leadership and direction for Georgia Tech's undergraduate cooperative plan and internship programs, ensuring alignment with GT's overall strategy for undergraduate high-impact practices and experiential learning. This role will be responsible for all aspects and logistics of the undergraduate co-op and internship program, including program marketing and communication, staff supervision, student advisement, job placement, registration, employer engagement and outreach, program policy approvals, risk management oversight, reporting and data coordination, and accreditation.

 

Communications Officer I

OUESS Unit: Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Student Success

The Communications Officer I will participate in communications efforts for the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS) and develop print and digital materials. Strong expertise in written communications is preferred, including drafting and editing written content for digital outlets including articles, newsletters, social media captions, etc. 

 

Academic Advisor II (Atlanta Bridge Pathway Advisor) - Limited Term

OUESS Unit: Academic Success & Advising

The Academic Advisor II (Atlanta Bridge Pathway Advisor) - Limited Term will provide information and counsel to a cohort of undergraduate students enrolled in the Atlanta Bridge Program, a partnership between the Atlanta Metropolitan State College and Georgia Tech. This position will meet with students regularly to provide academic advising and share success resources, monitor first-year cohort members' academic progress, build programming to support cohort members, and regularly collaborate with Atlanta Metropolitan State College and Georgia Tech campus partners.
